Led Full Primary

Led Full Primary will be held at Mettabee Farm & Arts, 551 Harlemville Rd, Hillsdale

Welcome to Led Full Primary! This class will move quickly and efficiently, with poses from the Ashtanga Primary Series. As this class will move at a set pace, it’s best for people who have some degree of fitness. You do not have to be an expert yogi, or even be flexible; modifications will be shown. If you would like to become more familiar with the Ashtanga sequence, please come to a Mysore class.

As always, you may adjust the practice to your body and substitute poses when required.

If you can only commit to one hour, please come. I will instruct you when to move into closing sequence to keep your practice to one hour.

No eating 2 hours prior to class and no drinking ½ hour before class.
