There are so many advantages to moving slowly and that’s what we do in this class. ‘Slow Yoga’ is modeled on the Ashtanga Primary sequence though several standing poses are left out. In addition, we skip the vinyasas between sides for our seated poses. We go slowly and we modify a lot! I tailor the class based on who’s present, and the energy levels – I’m also open to requests. This class is open to total beginners and those with prior yoga experience.
You DO NOT need to register, simply show up! There’s tons of space.
