Slow Yoga

The Slow Yoga class is now going to be held at Ooms Pond! Exciting news!

This class is IN-PERSON and ONLINE. If you plan on attending IN-PERSON, you do not need to register. Only if you plan on attending ONLINE, please register below via Zoom. (The online option is dependent on the quality of the internet…)

This Slow Yoga class is modeled on the Ashtanga Primary sequence, though I leave out several poses of the standing sequence. In addition, we skip the vinyasas between sides while seated. We go slowly, and we modify a lot! I tailor the class based on who’s present, and the energy levels – I’m also open to pose requests. This class is open to total beginners and those with prior yoga experience. I will have extra mats and yoga blocks with me.

In-person classes will be held at Ooms Pond. To find us, please park on Rock City Road in the main parking lot. Walk down the hill and you’ll find a bunch of people standing around waiting for class to start.

Payment is required on the day, via Venmo or via PayPal. Each class is $15 or you can choose a “class pass”, paying for 5 or 10 classes in advance. More information on my rates can be found here.
