All Levels Welcome at Led Primary! This class will move quickly and efficiently, with poses from the Ashtanga Primary Series. As this class will move at a set pace, it’s best for people who have some degree of fitness. You do not have to be an expert yogi, or even be flexible; modifications will be shown. If you would like to become more familiar with the Ashtanga sequence, please come to a Mysore class.
We will begin with standing poses and then move to seated poses, eventually working up to arm balances and hip openers.
As always, you may adjust the practice to your body and substitute poses when required. No eating 2 hours prior to class and no drinking ½ hour before class.
