This class is IN-PERSON and ONLINE.
If you are participating in person, there’s no need to register. To participate online register HERE.
This class will cycle through poses from the Ashtanga Primary Series and occasionally from Second Series. Modifications will be demonstrated and available for beginners or those with injuries or otherwise. Poses are held for five breaths, and you are welcome to leave out vinyasas between poses and do a cat/cow pose instead.
In-person classes will be held at Kaizen Dojo, 15 Dardess Drive, Chatham.
To participate online, you’ll need to register via Zoom.
