Pre and Postnatal Yoga

If you are pregnant and past your first trimester, or if you are postnatal, this class is for you. We will go through a number of sequences meant to strengthen the pelvic floor and abdominal muscles, as well as alleviate some of the common aches and pains associated with preparation for childbirth and what happens post-birth. Babies needing to be nursed, toddlers needing attention, and any other familial interruptions are natural and to be expected! Do what you need and come back to your mat when possible.
