Welcome to Led Primary! This is a Vinyasa-flow style class that will move quickly and efficiently, using poses from the Ashtanga Primary Series. We will do roughly half of the primary series up to Navasana followed by the closing sequence. Modifications will be demonstrated for those who need to adjust the poses to fit their body. Poses will be held for five breaths and you are welcome to leave out vinyasas between poses or do a cat/cow pose instead.
Online Zoom Registration closes 15-minutes prior to class. Please register before that time.
Open for advanced beginners and experienced practitioners.
I recommend practicing on an empty stomach (no eating 2 hours prior, no fluids 30mins before) and without music.
