Welcome to Led Primary! This is a Vinyasa-Flow style class that will move quickly and efficiently, with poses from the Ashtanga Primary Series. We will do roughly half of the primary series up to Navasana followed by the closing sequence. Modificationswill be demonstrated for those who need to adjust the poses to fit their body. We will hold poses for five breaths and you are welcome to leave out vinyasas between poses or do a cat/cow pose instead.
Please note, practice should be done on an empty stomach (no eating 2 hours prior), in a warm spot and without music. Tune in to your internal experience.
This class is best for moderate – experienced practitioners.
