This gentle flow class is a great way to start your day. The first 30 minutes of class consist of guided meditation, breathing exercises (prānāyāma), and chanting. In the last 30 minutes of class, we practice yin yoga, or gentle poses that are held for 10 long breaths or 5 minutes. Open to beginners and advanced practitioners.
In-person classes will be held at Chatham Real Food Co-op, 15 Church Street, Chatham.
