FREE CLASS

I’m offering a free yoga class this Sunday, June 6th from 8 – 9 am. If you’ve never done yoga before, or need to find a great online teacher, now is your chance! You can be an absolute beginner, an experienced yogi, or somewhere in between. You and your family members are all welcome to join in with me via Zoom.

I strongly advise not eating before class and finishing all liquids half an hour before class.
