Beginner

This class is open for beginners and those interested who want in-depth instruction for poses. We will go through the Ashtanga Primary series. At times, we may pause, and additional instruction will be given for any particular pose. We will hold each pose for five breaths, as is the tradition, and will always have the 15-minute closing sequence.

Online Zoom Registration closes 15-minutes prior to class. Please register before that time.
