Welcome to Vinyasa Flow. This class will start with warm-ups and foundational poses and then we will progress to stronger and/or more active poses. We will do a combination of standing and seated poses. As this class takes place on Zoom, there will not be a music playlist.
This class is best for those who have practiced before and/or are in relatively good health. If you are just starting out, I would suggest beginning with a “Slow Ashtanga” class, then follow that with a “Beginner” class. After that, you can work your way up to this Vinyasa Flow class. Or, if you like a challenge, jump right in.
