What does Ashtanga look like if we did it at half speed? This class is the answer. With cat/cow poses between many of our seated poses, this class will have poses from the half primary series of Ashtanga, but we will move more slowly and more mindfully. We will take extra breaths in downward dog and will slowly ease into the sun salutations.
Please note, practice should be done on an empty stomach (no eating 2 hours prior), in a warm spot and without music. Tune in to your internal experience.
