Pre and Postnatal Yoga

If you are pregnant and past your first trimester, or you are postnatal, this class is for you. We will slowly go through a number of sequences meant to strengthen the pelvic floor and abdominal muscles, as well as alleviate some of the common aches and pains associated with preparation for childbirth and what happens post birth.

Your babies are welcome, older children and toddlers are welcome as well as those who simply wish for a gentle class that focuses on abdominals and core work.

Open to anyone. For people who have had a consistent yoga practice prior to becoming pregnant,  with your doctor’s consent, you are also welcome.
