Led Primary

The Led Primary class encompasses the entire Primary Series of Ashtanga Yoga. This is a Led class, meaning I will lead the class in the traditional Sanskrit count, and will include all poses. If your personal practice does not include all the poses from primary series at present, you are welcome to join in. You may be asked to sit out poses after Navasana to keep yourself safe. When we reach the closing sequence, then you may join back in. 

Open for advanced beginners and experienced practitioners.

 

Please note: ideally, practice should be done on an empty stomach (no eating 2 hours prior), in a warm spot and without music. Tune in to your internal experience.
